Hi, I’m Marion Ellis.

I’ve spent much of my career working with surveyors around quality, risk, and professional standards — including auditing, complaint handling, and regulatory reviews.

After stepping away from day-to-day surveying, I began supporting practices to put clearer systems in place, helping them identify issues early and strengthen how they work, rather than responding to problems after they arise.

This workshop brings together the practical audit tools and approaches I use to help surveyors reduce risk, prepare for reviews with confidence, and improve consistency across their business.
