Hi, I'm Marion Ellis.

I'm a chartered surveyor with over 20 years of experience in residential surveying, complaints handling, and professional practice. I hold dual chartership with RICS and CABE, and I've spent much of my career helping surveyors and property professionals navigate difficult situations — complaints, conduct matters, business challenges, and everything in between.

I understand the pressure of running a practice and making decisions when the stakes feel high. A Clarity Session is a space to think clearly, without judgement, and work out what needs to happen next.
