With over 20 years in residential surveying, I share my experience and knowledge, helping surveyors create systems and processes within their businesses to reduce the risk of things going wrong and delivering excellent consumer service. I've worked in both corporate environments and small businesses, specialising in customer complaints and claims, and there is very little I haven’t seen. My mission is to provide practical support and guidance to help surveyors confidently navigate business challenges and align their work with their core values.
